Personally I thought this book was going to be another zombie apocalypse . But instead it took a turn to something else.
There is a strange infection that's spreading .
Perry Dawson is a retired football player . Now resigned to life as a cubicle-bound desk jockey – awakens one morning to find several mysterious welts growing on his body. Soon Perry finds himself acting and thinking strangely, hearing voices . . . he is infected.
Mean time the CIA and the CDC are on a mission to capture a live infected person. Which is hard to do . Because once a person becomes infected they turn crazy and began killing people, even themselves. . .
I'd say this book was interesting , I give it 3 and 1/2 stars.
